How to use Theatre Tokens can be used directly with participating venues as well as online on select websites. Use our theatre search to find out how to redeem Theatre Tokens at any particular theatre.
To use a Theatre Token, you’ll typically need:
Your 16-digit Token number
Your 4-digit PIN (Theatre Tokens over 20 years old may not have a PIN)

Gift cards
Gift cards are the same size as a credit card and are made of cardboard or plastic.

E-gift cards
E-gift cards can be viewed as emails or PDFs, which may be digital or printed at home.

Paper gift voucher
These are made from paper. Most of these are roughly the size of bank notes but very old ones can be smaller.
How to use Theatre Tokens gift cards
The 16-digit Token number and 4-digit PIN will be on the back of your gift card.
The Token number is the largest number on the back of the gift card, printed above or below the bar code. It starts with 630082.
The PIN is hidden below a silver scratch-off panel. Use a coin to gently remove the panel and reveal the PIN.
You can also expand the images below to see what most closely matches the design of your gift card. The Token number and PIN are circled on each image.
How to use Theatre Tokens e-gift cards
The 16-digit Token Number and 4-digit PIN are near the top of your email or PDF, below the image of the e-gift card.
On some older e-gifts, the Token number may be labelled an ‘e-gift code’.
Don’t forget to use the Token number and PIN to register the e-gift to your Theatre Tokens account.
