How to use gift cards

Theatre Tokens can be redeemed directly with participating venues as well as online on select websites. Please select below the type of Theatre Tokens you have for details of how to redeem them.

You can redeem Theatre Tokens directly with the venue's box office (by email, phone, or in person) or online at select venues.

To redeem, you’ll need:

Your 16-digit Token Number

Your 4-digit PIN (revealed beneath the scratch-off panel on back of your Token)

If redeeming in person, the theatre can scan your Token’s barcode.

You can use all or part of your Token balance. If your ticket costs more than your Token value, you’ll need to pay the difference with a debit/credit card.
